Panda Express

I order the shrimp dish today and got few (4 shrimp) and some veggies and noodles, I was charge a upcharge for this. I paid $12:00 for the meal and a bottle of water .Because the fountain drinks were out! I tried getting hot sauce from a container by the register and it was a nasty sticky mess! I do not recommend eating here!!

Went here earlier today around 3:30 and decided to get a plate with chow mein and orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken and never again I will order from this one the noodles were overcooked that it was mushy and the grilled chicken was hard and old the only thing that was good was the orange chicken I should’ve gotten a refund but I had an emergency so I had to leave the mall. Should’ve taken pictures of it, waste of money

Grill "has been broken", nothing but fried chicken. I asked to get one of the only non fried items at the regular cost since they didn't have any sort of grilled chicken. I was denied the cost reduction of $1.25 so I left without buying anything. If you don't want to make up for your shortcomings and make a good customer experience you should just close the location. I will avoid this location in the future and let everyone I know that enjoys panda to also avoid this location. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS.

I have tried 6 different Panda Expresses. THIS PLACE GETS ADDED TO THE VERY LONG LIST OF PANDA EXPRESSES TO AVOID. What a shame, as this location WAS the absolute only one who’s food tasted good. I no longer live in the area but was passing through and decided to stop since I have yet to find any other Panda Express who’s food tastes even half way decent. Well...fair warning to all...they no longer offer most food options. They said they no longer have the “capability” to cook most of the Panda Express food options, because they no longer have the equipment needed. WHAT? Seriously? Evidently, the owner has decided to no longer provide the essential cooking implements needed in order to cook the food.

Never order online !!! 10 people were served before my food was even started to be bagged . It was supposed to be ready at 5:15 , didn’t leave till 5:55 and the order wasn’t even complete They wanted me to wait another 15 minutes for spring rolls that had already paid . I talked to Cynthia the manger and she will not help you if you have a problem. I walked out with out a refund of my missing food . Never going back to this location .

The food is OUTSTANDING, especially the famous orange chicken! Most of the people who work there are very nice and very patient. The only problem I have is that when it is lunch hour, lots of people arrived, and there are only so many people working. I know there are people out back cooking food, but more people who can help serve the food and make the lines go by faster. But other than that, Panda Express is great!
