Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pasta

I’ve been coming to this place for ages now and each time I come my expectations are always met. The staff is always friendly and kind and treats everyone well. The sandwiches are delicious and the veggies are always fresh! I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 and it’s s a great family-friendly place!

Can't say how the food is. My daughter loves meatball subs but doesn't eat a whole 8". Tried to see if I could upgrade a kids meal, staff wouldn't do it, claiming there's no way to ring it up. Wouldn't recommend just based on how inflexible the staff is. Used to be a huge fan of goodcents having worked there one summer. But with the overall drop in quality I've noticed over time, the higher cost isn't justified. There's another sub place 2 minutes from here if you you are craving a sandwich.

It really sucks when you order doordash and when you get it the food isn’t correct. I was really looking forward to bacon on my sandwich, considering I ordered a club. This happens all the time with this location and it is ridiculous that they can’t make a simple sandwich. Good luck getting your dinner from here unless you go in and watch them make it for you!

I was going through DoorDash and decided to take a chance on Goodcents because the Chicken Alfredo pasta sounded really good. As hungry as I was, I decided to splurge and get all the extras (double Alfredo sauce $.79, extra chicken $3.69, and bacon $1) which brought the total up from $7.99 to $13.49 not a big deal until I got my order. Here's a pic of my $13.49 entree. The sauce couldn't have been extra. It didn't even cover all the pasta. If this is extra chicken, then I couldn't imagine how much comes on the regular order. As you can see here, there's not a trace of bacon either. Even thought this clearly wasn't DoorDash's fault they offered to bring out another one but I didn't want to wait another 55-60 min. Instead they gave me a $5 credit on my next delivery order and sent a complaint to Goodcents. In the end, Goodcents made the mistake and ultimately didn't have to do anything to make it right. Boo!

I am the furthest from picky, but I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to the Noland location. I have mobile ordered 4 times, not once has it been ready, or even started upon arriving. So what's the point of mobile ordering? Also, I understand arriving 30 minutes before close might be a pain, but i ordered a 16" club, got no bacon (probably bc he didnt want to cook it before close), and didnt even cut my sandwhich. Really? Really??? Lost my money.
