Church's Texas Chicken

I was super disappointed. Came , only had one person in front of me , so service was fast and ok I guess. The food , was not I ordered a spicy tender combo - nothing special except the spicy. I got regular chicken tenders that were extremely soggy , like. The skin kinda scraped away it was so soggy, could not tell at all it was supposed to be crispy , mushed together with undercooked soggy fries (like ,it was literally a pile of wet fries sitting on top of a pile of wet chicken). All surrounding the crunchiest bisquit I've ever tasted. All in all, terrible food at this location, extremely disappointed first time and most likely only time customer.

This goes out to Both the Church's Chicken in Independence. Learn to prep more coating the night before. When you don't it tastes like someone's fried chicken in their home who doesn't know how to fry correctly. Tasteless and no seasoning. *For those of you who don't know how they do their batter. . . They season the flour the night before for all the flavors to mix like marinating... And then the toss it in the seasoned flour and drop in frier after coating it well. * The last few times I've went the chicken was horrid.

Don’t try to call them as that doesn’t work. If you order online please know the doors are locked and you can’t pick Up your prepaid food. You have to wait in line at the drive thru while other non pre ordered patrons order, yet they don’t tell you that. If your lucky after a 30 minute wait on your pre order you will get your food. Unfortunately for me I was on the unlucky side as they said they didn’t have my confirmed order. Looks like in the next day or 2 I get to file a dispute on this charge. I will make my dispute on Sunday as to make me feel better about Church’s Chicken. Unbelievable!!!! Customer Service in America is at a all time low.

Went around 4pm today, my chicken strips were COLD and tasted like they were a day old. Our mac n cheese was mush and tasted like they re-heated it and added water it was so old and mushy it looked like mashed potatoes. I'm very disappointed I wasted my money on nasty re-heated food. I would've gone back up there but they ofcourse didn't answer the phone and I already drove all the way back home.
