Got the wrong order. Was never able to speak to an employee or manager to request my correct order or a refund. Waited on hold for 90 minutes and nobody ever tried to assist me. Terrible customer service. Will never order from here again. Just go to Fun House, it’s better and cheaper.

Always have received pretty decent pizza from this place. Did order a pizza around 9 on a Saturday burnt crust on a pepperoni pizza. Come on guys you're supposed to be professional Pizza makers.

We ordered a pepperoni meatball pizza and got one meatball per slice and no pepperoni, would not recommend their pizza, not worth the money. If I could give them a -5 star I would.

Well my total was 28.02, the gentleman who delivered was nice brought plates and napkins gave me my pizza and as I was keeping my dogs back and put pizza down I turned to my boyfriend and asked how much after I gave the man 40$. My boyfriend says it's 28.02 I turn back and that guy was already in his truck and wouldn't look my way and drove off. I called ASAP and the manager off 40 in independence said oh well I guess I will ask him if he received two 20's.. REALLY!! I was going to tip but not that much!! Never again will I order from this place again!! Rip-offs
