Wendy's

It is 6 PM on November 2 and I’ve currently been at this Wendy’s for almost 45 minutes (still waiting btw) we were rushed through the line when we were ordering by some snarky kid and then when we got to the window to pick up order they gave us the wrong food and then we went inside to get the right food, & they decided to take their sweet time and get everyone on the drive through taken care of even though we were the very first there and ordered BARELY ANYTHING. I don’t know who’s working this shift but y’all need to do better because this service is sad, even McDonald’s is better than this.

Interesting place. We were told that mask your required to be in the building. We complied with the instructions by putting our mask on. Then we sat and watched people in the kitchen working with the food without any face covering and all of kitchen staff had their nose uncovered. So why wear the mask? Would not come back to Wendy's, especially this location.

I ordered 2 jr. Bacon Cheese burgers from the 291 location in independence and they made them no mayo with lettuce and tomato. I am alergic to tomatoes. So i called and while waiting to be transfered to the manage i herd her on a personal phone call as i waited for her to take my call herd her talking to a crew worker n herd her say ok girl imma have to call you back. N the convorstion before. She aknowledged that it was placed wrong by no fault of mine and went on to write 2 jr bac CB no mayo. I corrected her and said no mayo only. As i stated that she wasn't as good as her workers below her. If she couldn't correct what would be a simple mistake that could have sent me to the emergancy room. She instead of taking the criticism as im sure you train your managers to do she hung up on me. Just after i informed her of the problem told her the allergy and responded as stated before that she couldn't take a correct order either as well as her employees. Could have made me sick and hospital bound and would replace them if i came back. I however couldn't. I was on my lunch break so she offered to replace them within a week then she recited the wrong order and i responded as said. Frustrated because i had to stop somewhere else on a time crunch and spend more money on lunch. Then Click. Hung up on me. At this point i will boycott your establishment. Have a recording and will post on social media including facebook twitter and instagram. I hope some repercussion will come to her. Untill i will continue to post this simple but rediculas phone call.

Like the burgers and Frosties here. However since they changed to fresh cut fries that my family finds very distasteful I don't go here nearly as often. Sacrificing taste for the company to save a few bucks is a poor way to treat longtime customers. Everytine i go there the drive thru wait is HORRIBLE! The times that I have been there they don't even use the 1st window to take the money everything is done a one window. Which seems to slow a already slow process.
