Domino's Pizza

Horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza about a week ago, and received an email with a coupon for a free Medium 2-topping pizza, for delivery only. Tried to order it tonight, but the website wouldn't allow me to order it because your order has to be $14 minimum, but the coupon took the amount of the pizza off and only had the delivery fee. I called the store to get some help. The first guy I talked to didn't listen to me at all. Told me, "I didn't work here last week". Then said he'll have me talk to the manager. Put me on hold for like 30 seconds and came back and said sorry there's nothing we can do. I said I still want to talk to the manager. His response was, "She'll tell you the same thing". I told him I still want to talk to her. Then some other guy gets on the phone claiming to be the manager. I was like, uh, the guy before you called the manager a she. He said he was a manager from another store. So, i told him what was up. He had me read the coupon code to him. Then tells me their coupon codes are only 4 letters long, and they have been having problems with "this". I asked, so is it spam? He said yes. But, then why would your website accept the code if it isn't valid??? That's ok. I'll order from Papa John's, or dreaded Pizza Hut. If something happens their company actually cares about keeping customers. The first guy wouldn't even let me speak. The second guy blamed some randomness on sending out coupon codes that aren't valid. Not my fault!

Delivery Drivers parking in handicap spots, and then going inside after putting out cigarette and touching food with bare hands without washing. Unkempt employee's cutting pizza and not wearing gloves or masks properly. So disgusted I threw my order away when I got home. I will never visit this store again and I definitely don't recommend.

Went for carryout and ordered online. I arrived at the restaurant and tried to pay with a $100 bill. The angry woman who i inconvenienced gave me attitude about making change. She informed me she couldnt take the bill. I didnt have another form of payment nor did i have any other bills. So i left behind my dinner, went 2 buildings down and had dinner there. Maybe have more change than the 80 i needed on hand. If crime is a problem in that area, then post something on the website, windows and when we order so we know. Hope the employees enjoyed my pizzas. No more Dominos for me. Ever.
