This is the worst Jimmy John's in the Cleveland area. Orders are almost always wrong or poorly made. The guys working there don't know their own menu, which isn't surprising because they're so incredibly stoned they probably don't know their own names. This isn't a one time problem, this is consistent over half a dozen or so visits. Ownership, there are problems at this store that need addressed.

I just went to get a sandwich and it says they're open but there's no one there and the doors are locked. Not to mention every time I go there they're always out of bread. How can you be a sandwich shop and constantly be out of bread? I'm headed to Jersey Mike's.

Great environment. Clean and affordable. You don't see to many places that are well kept. Freaky fast food. Busy weekdays light on the weekends. Closes at 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.
