Murphy's Pubhouse

My husband and I ate here for the first time for my bday dinner (on a sat evening). I ordered the 12 oz ribeye with a salad, baked potato, and a Bud Light. My husband ordered the classic cheeseburger and a salad. The atmosphere was "pub" like and casual. We arrived before 5p and it wasn't busy. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious!! We will be back to explore the rest of the menu especially the tenderloin and the patty melt.

I was visiting from out of town and on my breaded pork tenderloin quest. This one was good - fairly thick, born the tenderloin itself and the breading. It could have used a bit more seasoning (salt?). The lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles were all fresh and tasty. Service was good, but I dislike when they take your drink order and also want you to order food at the same time. The inside is standard strip mall pub - TVs with sports, local news, and Three Stooges reruns; concrete floors; and a semi separate dining and bar area.

I went here on a whim, but I will be adding it to my favorites list. This place is fairly small, only about 10-15 tables, but the food was amazing. I had their signature steak sandwich that came with some fries. The sandwich was incredibly tasty, and the fries were perfect (crunchy on the outside, felt like mashed potatoes on the inside). The service was quick, attentive, and friendly. They market as an Irish pub, but not much Irish fare on their menu, mostly just bar food. But, it's very good food, and worth the visit!
