Longhorn Steakhouse

I placed an online order for a time later in the day. I was a little nervous as to whether it would be ready when requested. Let me say it couldn't have been any better! It was on time, received exactly what was ordered, the food was appropriate temperatures, and it was delicious! Merry Christmas LongHorn staff!

This was the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. From the food to the cleanliness, everything was 100% perfect. The steak was cooked perfectly, and it even had a nice sear. The Mac and cheese tasted beautiful, too. The customer service was so good that we didn’t even need to ask for refills, she just gave them to us.

Usually a great experience, but not this time. Waited 45 min. And had only been served drinks and bread. Noting that restaurant was not busy. People seated about 20 min after we were seated were served drinks and meal, while our table still had not been served. Got up and left, made my own lunch at home.

I got the sirloin steak with the baked potato not macaroni and cheese and my son got the chicken sandwich. I wish I had a. The chicken sandwich it it looks more appetizing. The next time I come I will get the chicken sandwich not grilled. But the sirloin steak was good, just small for the price. And I did enjoy myself. The service was Good. Service was slow or I would have given 5 stars. We dined early around 5p and there were only about two other tables. But after sitting there for a while, I had to find our server. He did have some good recommendations that made up for the very slow service. I had the Atlantic salmon blackened and encrusted with parmesan. That was delicious. I also added a baked potato and brussels. Very tasty. We also had the shrimp and rolls for appetizer which hit the spot. It was a lot of food and plenty to take home. Once again, it took a long time to get the check and to-go boxes but I’d consider dining there again because of the food.

The food was good and the server attentive, but there were some small issues. One drink was forgotten until asked for, bread was promised but came after the appetizer, and the food arrived immediately after the salad. We didn't even want the salad at that point. We enjoyed our meal and I realize restaurant workers probably have a difficult time post Covid.

Great place for a date, this place is one of my Wife's favorite places for steak. Nice atmosphere and it's very cozy by the fireplace. Better than average service... nothing negative to say about this place, it's all good! Stopped by again today 7/18 always good here!! Had a New York strip steak with baked potato and asparagus. Appetizers spinach, artichoke dip with pita bread and wild west shrimp. I had a Longhorn burger with fries. Everything was great and juicy as always. Love the table bread.
