I'm pretty certain they have a water filtration system of some kind in place. Water tastes very clean, coffee seems more bright than most places. Atmosphere and design is lovely and very cozy. Music plays on speakers that are well hidden but work great acoustically in the room. A personal favorite of mine. Plus the coffee comes with a gummy bear.

Comfortable space and friendly staff. Coffee and fare is on the expensive side, but worth the cost on days best spent indoors reading and writing. There is a sizable patio space, and the Albanese candies served with drinks are a nice touch. I also appreciate that the prices shown on the menu include tax, almost as if we lived in a sensible nation where such pre-purchase disclosures were mandatory.

It’s hard to believe that this place can maintain servers who are knowledgeable in both bar drinks and coffee. Their workers were coffee geeks who could flip to cocktail conversation on a dime. We got the first good non-manual pour over that I’ve ever had (they use a modbar pour over system). Go try this place out.
