Qdoba Mexican Eats

The overall experience is slightly above average. They don’t go out of their way for the customer, but there is something to be said about the employees being themselves. They are overall polite, and do their job. The food itself is what you would expect at Chipotle, Moes, or Freebirds. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. End all be all, you won’t be impressed but you won’t be disappointed either.

My first Qdoba experience, but definitely will not be my last! I came to IND airport having missed my flight and learning that I’d have to stay until the morning. I saw this place was open. The workers were awesome. Not only did they provide EXCELLENT customer service to a newcomer by discussing the menu, but Keith and Stephen even expressed their concern with me having to stay the night in the airport, provided cool locations to visit, and even hotels to stay in. All in all, I had a beyond pleasant experience, and am excited to return. Thank you.
