12/19/2023 - once again, we celebrated my lovely wife’s 60th birthday and the service and food did not disappoint! Brian our lead server and the rest of the staff were amazing as well! She had the Australian lobster and I had the 22 oz bone in ribeye! Just Yummy! She loved her birthday desert! Thanks again for helping make our evening special! 💚💚💚 2022 - Celebrated my Wife’s birthday at Oceanaire’s downtown Indianapolis! The setting was great and food was fantastic! I’ve been there before on business dinners but never on a personal level. It was definitely my wife’s favorite birthday date place! Our server Cara was attentive and extremely friendly and surprised my wife with an awesome desert at the end! Great Job and hope to see you all soon!

This is my 2nd time back to Oceanaire Seafood Room and I was even more impressed. The service is truly remarkable, Jacob was extremely attentive and made us feel special the entire way through dinner. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. Our food was prepared to perfection and had outstanding flavor. The escargot is a must! The Baked Alaska was fun and sweet way to end the evening!

Always consistently amazing. You can't go wrong with anything from here. It's my most trusted spot for quality oysters, the chicken fried lobster is MVP, and their cocktails are always perfection. I've never had a bad experience in the least. And for one of the highest quality restaraunts in Indy, it's easy to stay well under $300 for 2 people even going all out.

On 7/18: Mikhail our server, Kevon the assistant and Ben Carroll, manager were all on point! Went there for a work dinner. My colleagues picked the place and I didn’t have high hopes since I don’t like much seafood but it was a great night with excellent service. My order (Indiana tomato caprese salad and fried calamari) was amazing. Heard my colleagues say the Laughing Bird Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, the crab cakes were all delicious. We had a great night!
