Taco Bell

At the drive through- the speaker boxes are garbled at times. Thought there was an issue at the speaker box. At the window the associate was very quick to address our question and explained the confusion making everything right. That was stellar and the epitome of service for the customer. Misunderstandings, bad things can be a constant in life. Addressing the issue and letting the customer know you are there to help them and make it right gives you both the same goal. Excellence!

In side dining room was actually unlocked and usable (hard to find at most fast food chains recently due to staffing shortage). Food was Taco Bell staples of Mexican pizza and hard tacos...so delicious. Was great to relax in very clean environment and a/c rather then in my car with windows down, too save gas, due to being forced to use drive thru.

I can’t speak for the day shifts for this location, but I cannot boast about the night crews enough. The way my schedule is, sometimes I have to stop on my way home, which can be late at night a couple times a week. This Taco Bell has been my go to when I am seeking consistency, politeness and accuracy. They always speak loud and clear at the drive thru and never make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. Each time, the staff sound genuinely professional (you know what forced professionalism sounds like). It really helps the feeling and trust that they have at least some bit of pride in their work. The littlest things that count all add up here. The amount of cinnamon on the twists is always fair. The food is always hot and accurate. The place always seems to look clean, and the staff does too. It’s hard in fast food world, so these little things add up. Well, for me at least they make a difference. I really appreciate the late night consistency here and it always ends a long day on a good note!
