The current on cook working on 03/29/22 on 6:40pm behind the cooking stand doesn’t want to do his job he spent 30-40 minutes in the bathroom and another employee went to tell him he had customers once and then she did again 20 minutes later and he said there was no more food left when obviously there was. My son and I really like the food there but someone who doesn’t do their job should have no business working there. I advise the manager or ceo to look into this because this is my to go gas and I’ll be changing if this doesn’t change. Thank you

Horrible customer service. Untrained and unknowledgeable employees who aren't competent enough to read there skill for the deals that are going on at the company they work for. Did not get my products as asked for that is clearly on the screen that can be seen for customers as well as the ones for employees. Need to train/teach your employees how to properly perform their jobs

I was in the are for three days and stopped in for coffee each day. Although it was busy the staff was very helpful and polite. The service was top notch. I did take off a star because the store needed to be tidy up. On all three days the floor was dirty and I do expect that it was due to the foot traffic. However, the overall experience was good.

Staff here are totally incompetent I’m 49 years old and they refused to sell me a bottle of wine!! In this day and age are employees so unable to use there brain cells and can only use common sense they advised that there system was unable to read a Canadian driving licence even though 3 days ago it wasn’t a issue when I got wine people they really need to wake up.

I purchased two packs of Nat Sherman menthol cigarettes on 9/15/20 @ 5:30p. I opened one pack when I got home and the cigarettes were stale. So today (9/16/20) I attempted to return the unopened second pack because I didn't want to take a chance of them being stale. They refused, stating state law prohibits them from refunding my almost ten dollars. After a lengthy back and forth with attendant, I had to settle for a pack of American Spirit menthol that was also stale. So essentially, Speedway just got me for almost ten dollars. Smokers beware. There is no signage stating that you cannot return the cigarettes if they are stale due to state law.
