That was just the first black olive in my MEATZA pizza I found. First time using the reward’s program. Odd timing on that … I ordered meat. I hate olives. Some veggies are ok , IF I ORDER THEM , on my pizza. 4 pizza’s in a row on point from this location, last one (number 5)… was the last one I order. Deal breaker.

I’ve always had great service and order is correct! Ordered 50 wings - got it! Ordered extra ranch cups (x4). Didn’t get it! 😏 only got the standard 4 with 50 wings order! Bummer and I even tipped! Small things matter - next time I’ll have to ask!

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Pizza was cold, breadsticks were cold, missing cheese cup.. all the manager would offer was 50%off a pizza, 25% off an order or they could remake it for me to pick up...which I'm unable to to with my child sleeping. Pretty sad..safe to say they lost a customer tonight. Also it was delivered by doordash..not papa John's and took almost 2 hours.

Called the store and they said that they didn't know what happened to the 2nd delivery attempt and that probably the Uber driver stole it.

Pizzas had barely any meat when we asked for double. Garlic knots were not baked all the way. I called and spoke with a manager, Tristan, and was told "There is nothing I can do". But he did say he would put me down for a free one topping. I feel my order should have been replaced. We would have gladly gave him the other back.
