Haven't been here for a while, but this visit was perfect. The order was exactly as ordered and piping hot food, and it was still hot when we got home about 2 miles away!! Good job BK!!

It was terrific, hadn't had a whopper for a few years. It brought back memories of the seventies. My favorite cheeseburger, have it your way. Special orders don't upset us.

I had the best customer service. We went to another one before we came to this one and our food was cold and put in wrong. Also the person was extremely rude.as soon as I walked in to this store with our bags from the other one Cora immediately asked what was wrong and all ready called the manger over. Jazzy the manger did great. I told her what was wrong and she fixed it right away with no issues. The whole team did great with prepping our food and making sure it was made correctly and hot. They also didn’t make me pay for my juice that I asked for my daughter. But I was more than willing to pay for it. I appreciated this so much. Thank you!

I love their bacon king (usually use the coupon). Its a lot of food for a low price. The staff are always super friendly. The managers are wonderful and very professional. My stomach is very sensitive and I can’t tolerate a lot of fast food places. I never get sick after eating here, so I trust it.

I have been to this specific restaurant a few times now and it hasn’t let me down in customer service interactions. They have always been friendly. They weren’t the fastest every time, and the drink tasted a little weird, but at least they’re helpful. It’s an average fast food restaurant in a rougher area of town, so I would claim they exceeded my expectations.
