Boston Market

I haven't had a chance to be back at a Boston Market in over 20 years and I was craving it. Unfortunately they had a labor shortage and only one staff member was working his hardest to do everything in the store. While he was considerate and pleasant, the restaurant is too much for one staff member and it shows. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, the food was not fresh (how can it be with only 1 staffer??) the corn bread was a third of its original size. I'd call it a corn flat bread. I have no intention to return. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is your hard working employee. Management needs to hire and retain more staff. Management needs to clean the store.

Recent started working near Irving and I went to this Boston market and Ms. Griselda is one of the BEST employees, this Boston market has she welcomes the customers with a great attitude and serves them extremely well. her customer service is beyond amazing and very helpful and friendly. The food is also delicious and well cooked and prepared to order. So far one of the best Boston markets I've ever been to. Thank you, Ms. Griselda ♥️

The new manager refused to remove the skin from my chicken, then he did not want to honour the $10 loyalty credit I had earned for giving them business, I had asked my whole chicken to be cut into my usual 8 pieces but only got 1/4s, again, they don’t have silverware anymore and were stingy with plastic ware. These are not enticing me to go back to Boston Market. I can’t wait to go back to Swiss Chalet in Canada!

Ordered from them online an doordash delivered it the whole order was messed up! Partially not what we ordered and missing items never again!it was clear the staff there did not care about our order or the directions that was clearly printed in the receipt so they had to see them! Still haven’t received my refund have to keep jumping through hoops for my own money when it was your establishments mess up!!
