Was in search of a good salad and google never disappoints as this was a suggestion. I took a look at a few reviews and looked at a few pictures and was SOLD! I'm not going to say there isn't better out there, BUT I am going to say if you want to taste FRESH QUALITY fruits/vegetables and trying to give your body healthy ingredients then this place is a must try. So glad I did and will certainly be back. I had the Temptation smoothie and the Vitality wrap, mmmmm

The a/c is either broken or off, but it was extremely hot. Plus only one (slow) person working so it took a very long time. I waited 15 minutes for a wrap after putting my order in. I got it to go and was still covered in sweat by the time I left. Couldn't order ahead because the online ordering is turned off.

My experience yesterday made me so uncomfortable. I had already paid for my order and it was ready for me. When I walked up to the counter to receive my order the man running the establishment made me wait for a lady who was still trying to figure her order. I was in a rush and I usually come in with no issues. I don't know what the issue was with help me but I definitely didn't feel valued for I have been coming in for years. Definitely praying the service gets better.

Had a veggie sandwich with no mozzarella which was good. Had avocado toast, was not the best, was just okay. I don’t know why they add oil to eat☹️, doesn’t help it at all. On the other hand The smoothies where actually pretty good.

I'm baffled that the ratings are not higher! This is the place you go to when you want healthy food that's truly healthy and nutritious. The smoothies are 1 size 20 oz, but they are packed with a nutrition and quality ingredients. I got the matcha smoothie, and it didn't last 10 minutes.It really shows you that food that's good for you can taste good as well.

So I usually get my Açaí bowl from Menchies in Colleyville but they don’t open until 12pm and I needed to run errands so I went here.
Never again !!
The fruit was good but the Açaí Base taste like water it had no flavor I just ate around it as much as I could. They also could be adding more granola (didn’t like the brand they used) and add more fruit to the bowl.
You pay way less at Menchies and you get more. They weight your bowl just like they do the frozen yogurt, such a better option.

Me and my boyfriend are from Maryland, where we have nothing like Vitality Bowl. The employees were attentive and even helped us understand what we were ordering, haha! They also gave us plenty of recommendations. The fruit bowls are awesome and next time we make it to Texas we will be stopping by again!
