Freebirds World Burrito

I ordered through the app and preferred the curbside service. It asks of you to park in the designated area for curbside area. However once arriving to the location there was no designated space for curb side. So even though you’ve done everything(entered vehicle information etc) it’s a hassle to get your food. So for those on lunch GO INSIDE OR WAIT LONGER! Outside of that it was pretty good as far as food quality goes and portion size.

The steak was completely salty, and ruined our whole meal. If I wanted to eat salt, I could’ve just gotten it from my seasoning cabinet. They also forgot to put chips in my bag that I ordered with the gauc. We were looking forward to our first time eating here based on the reviews, but this trip was a total disappointment and waste of $22. We’ll stick with chipotle next time.

This lady was rude and very disrespectful you shouldn’t have people like this in management I assume dude yo her collar shirt. The other tall lady was helpful understanding that this was my first time ever at this restaurant. Her boss told her to take my order cause she didn’t want to help me any longer cause she say it’s not her job and “do you want me to research it “ was her answer do all my questions when she was hired I’m sure she was taught to listen and help the customer on understanding yall menu or any other questions so the customer can have a great experience.hopefully this picture helps y’all see who it is so they can be retrained so you can have better review and customer service .

I love free birds but I must say my last trip here was very disappointing. The young lady who was preparing the food was very friendly however however she did not look very presentable she was wearing shorts she had glasses and barely had her hair covered but constantly touched her face in her glasses and her hair in her hat in her hat but she did change out her gloves when I asked. Being that we are still having cases of covid and even if we weren't it really was not sanitary to be touching on body parts and then start to prepare the food. I would recommend that if you have to push up your glasses or touch your face to go and wash your hands and change your gloves.
