Ws in town and ordered jelapeno angus burger, veggie sandwich, mushroom chicken soup, tomato basil soup, regular fries and sweet potato fries. The food was delicious, esp the mushroom chicken soup including the fries. The angus badger was very large however the meat tasted interesting. I had to check to make sure it is not fake meat. They did caked the food very well and followed extra instructions as well. Will recommend.

Okay - My coworker and I came to try it out on a whim and we were pleasantly suprised by the service, the food, portions and follow through. Menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. 1. The food is prepared quickly and carefully - you can tell the cook takes pride in their work. I had the Turkey burger with fries(which were the good kind with the crispy exterior but fluffy interior), which left me (very tall and very large person) sated for the rest of the day/evening. 2. My coworker ordered the vegetarian sandwich and said they thoroughly enjoyed it with the vegetarian pasta salad. The bread was nice and soft, unlike many of the usual vegetarian options. 3. I accidentally left my wallet on the floor or table and they were able to find it and keep it for me until i was able to return to the restaurant after my afternoon meetings. This place is a for sure try!

5 stars all around! Healthy! The service was fast, the food was fresh and delicious, and the facilities were clean. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I had the chicken bacon ranch salad and the unsweetened peach tea was an excellent surprise! It's rare to have a place have flavored tea that's unsweetened and I'm a big fan of flavored teas since I don't drink sugary drinks so this was a plus. 😁

I️ frequent Urban Eatz very often and normally the Richardson location but since I live closer to the Irving location I have been there a few times and when I do I always get the Santa Fe salad. Each time I’ve been there it’s like my food is always just thrown together. I️ was the only one in line so they weren’t busy. The chicken on I️t didn’t seem very fresh, I️t was very hard and tough. I asked for no tomatoes on my salad and what do u know there were tomatoes on my salad 😩I’ve asked time and time again for them to put a little more effort into the presentation if I’m spending almost $12 on a salad. I️ even said it today to who looked like the manager and he just chuckled and said ok. It’s very disheartening because I love this place but I would rather drive all the way to Richardson and wait a few extra minutes to make sure that my food is prepared fresh and correctly smh.

I was craving for some Pizza and decided to order from this place through Uber Eats. I ordered a Veggie Pizza and also a brownie. Glad I made decision of ordering the brownie. The packaging was good and very well handled by UberEats. The pizza had a lot of veggies and cheese. I loved the taste. I felt some dip or seasonings like chilli flakes could have enhanced the taste of the pizza. The brownie was just amazing. It was one of the best brownies I had in recent times. Overall, it was a good meal.
