To all the pizza lovers out there! Papa Johns is one of the best pizza in town, plus they have friendly staff despite of the busy hours. I visited the place at Story road during peak hours and I was surprised that the lady inside accommodated me. Really worth it! Thank you.

Don’t know about the service, we didn’t physically go into the location, but this pizza is delicious. Every ingredient compliments the next so magically. Love the hint of sweetness, not sure if it was the sauce or the pineapple. 😋

Never ordered from this location. First time trying new york style. Very disappointing service. Online order simple, but had to schedule for 630pm pick up, one hour and a half after placing the order. By the time I got the food it was stacked under other pizzas. It had clearly been sitting there for a while. It was not enjoyable to eat a cold pizza.

2 stars due to pulling a long hair out of my pizza slice. It was baked into the cheese. Thankfully I saw it before I took a bite. Other than that, the pizza flavor was decent. Theres definitely some… interesting looking employees. Won’t be back.

Avoid this location at all costs. The worker was disrespectful and were rude to an elderly woman. She couldn't order for herself and asked for help over the phone and the worker was rude. Go to another location or chain for better service and pizza. I've never seen such disrespect towards an elderly woman who needed help to order.

First and last time I order papa John's, I order the epic pepperoni stuff crust pizza and they just gave me a cheese pizza, because he said the commercial is wrong

I just received my order. 100% wrong.
The person who answered the phone , Regina, was rude and uncooperative.
She was sarcastic, and when I asked if I would be getting my money back she responded "suuuuuureee why don't I do that" I will be making a formal complaint to corporate

Went into location and was met at the door from an employee that was obviously hyped up on drugs or something. She was about a 45-year-old woman with bad teeth and verry rude. Would not trust her to make any food for me, I'm now at Whataburger eating and I will not be going back
