Sonic Drive-in

Clearly sonic doesn't offer frozen tea anymore. I asked for a drink they had a few years back like around 2018, which is half frozen tea and half frozen lemonade . They had no idea what I'm talking about and just brought me an overpriced frozen lemonade, I guess this is what I'm drinking. Oh well it will do and the young lady working was really nice anyway. Normally this location is out of everything and ignores you for 10 minutes after you hit the button but tonight they did good except that the drink I wanted must not be available anymore.

This is one of the WORST Sonics I have ever been to. I am an understanding person but when I wait over 10 mins to order and then wait 10 more minutes for 2 drinks it's just ridiculous at that point. I've come at all hours of the day and RARELY get a good experience. There are some REALLY nice hard working people here but unfortunately the service just hasn't improved maybe even gotten worse.. the kids at night don't care and are VERY RELAXED while wait times are through the roof. Really sad to see this place like this.

How things change in so little time. I get it being a car hop is not easy but approaching a customer with a. Scowl& nasty attitude will never be the answer for a better out come. Just think a min. we are ALL experiencing hard times, but it is 99% tip guarantee if you deliver my order with a smile. Wish I could explain with more detail but too long to share. In my experience it does make a difference when Management gives it a TRY & lead by example.

I'm conflicted about my recent visit. First off, the screen is not functioning properly so I'll overlook that. I ordered a number 3 and a number 7. Number 3 was supposed to have tots instead of fries and the number 7 was supposed to have onions and jalapenos added to the coney. The bun for the coney seemed to not be fresh, but however it was edible. Other than these mistakes, everything else was pretty good. -2 stars for order accuracy and bun freshness.

Horrible! I’ve gone 3 times. Each time is the same. Either the stall doesn’t work or the screen doesn’t work. You’re waiting for them to get to yours to order and then they take forever to bring your order out. I never complain bc they are making my food and I don’t want them to spit in it. But this time I did bc I had been there for 30 minutes already. My food has definitely been messed with the hotdog is super hard and chewy. Never going here again!
