Whataburger

I place my order here I got the Southern chicken bacon spices sandwich combo with grilled onions toasted on both sides and onion rings with a strawberry Fanta. I have made this order three times and they still got it wrong I'm not even asking for changes other than the grill onions. I went there at 3:00 in the morning there was no one there and they still got their own worst service ever

I waited almost 30 minutes for my breakfast order. On top of that, they forgot my biscuit and side of hashbrowns. I went inside and was told I had to wait 7 minutes for the biscuits because they were out. An employee came through the door with a box of biscuits, and they were scrambling to get some made. I waited an additional 10 minutes and when I got home my husbands honey butter biscuit was on a bun (not biscuit) and the chicken was old. When I placed my order, not once was I told there were no biscuits available at the time. I will not be returning to this location.

Took over 20 min for someone to come over the speaker and say “just one moment” which we understand procedes to order and we go to the window. Everything Is going good until we get our food, fries and cold onion rings are hard and cold. Our burgers did not have the right stuff on them. To top it off they missed a chicken sandwich so I proceed to ask for it and they guy goes “honestly didn’t even look to make sure” thank you for your honesty but ya had one job ! Anyways worst whataburger we have been to!

Had a great Hatch Green Chili Burger Meal. Should have been around $8.65 for the meal like the sign said but I was charged $10.38 should have been around $9.51 I believe something extra was added without asking. Kind of a bummer because it wouldn’t have been a problem except I feel it was added without my consent. Everything tasted great except the

Worse place to go eat, almost 20 minutes for a Honey butter chicken biscuit! It’s ridiculous. I went inside and spoke to Gisselle the manager and all she said was that there was nothing cooked and that she had barely clocked in. The black guy at the window was so rude…. I most black people don’t like to work that’s why this place is always so slow.
