Uncle Julio's

I have been going to the drive through for years and it's been great and the staff was friendly. I went this evening and the girl taking the order told me she would be with me in a minute. It was pouring rain and my car was getting soaked inside so I rolled up my window. She started looking at me so I rolled down the window. She said rudely I'll take your order when you get ready, I told her I had been ready but was getting soaked. She never said thank you so I asked her where the other girls were because she was rude. She said I'm taking the orders and she shut the window while I was talking. I got home and my tenders were crispy and dried out. Athens Texas

I as well will never go back cold food, had fajitas 5 pieces meat very small and you wanted me to pay 22 dollars. Complained to manger showed the uneatable meat and says to me I will share your concerns. You use to be a great place to have happy hour well no worries here. Changing locations and it will not be this place. Stay away from Allen Texas.

I have made several attempts at contacting your corporate office to which I have left my phone number as well as my email address. This is in reference to what we believe to be a racist incident that occurred on 05/07/2022 in your Colorado Springs Restaurant located at 5246 N. Nevada Ave. I have left 2 messages with Taylor and one with Gregg to have Kira call me and to date she has failed to do so. I would appreciate someone from Uncle Julio's Corporate office to reach out to me asap. Thanks in advance for your help with this issue, I will also be contacting Uncle Julio's until I receive a call back from them.

I am a regular customer at Uncle Julio and I’ve never experienced bad customer service or bad food from any location until tonight. We went to the location in Arlington tonight and honestly I will not go back. We received bad customer service from the start no sliver wear, no paper towels/napkins, no straws and our drinks or refills was never taken care of correctly. We arrived at 7 for our party but did not get to order our food for over 30 minutes. This location was not packed or busy with customers at all. After ordering our food it took the staff over 40 minutes to prepare our meal; however, all the meals for our table was very cold, which placed a bad taste in the mouths of our guest that finally had a opportunity to try Uncle Julio’s for the first time. We spoke with the manager on staff but he didn’t care about what we was experiencing or tried to fix the problem. Instead he walked off from our table to help someone else. What has happened to this restaurant? Terrible experience twice in a row. NO EXCUSES UNCLE JULIO's. I had a to-go order last month, food was horrible. dry, not fresh, chips stale. Fajitas were dry. Awful. Thought maybe it was just bad day. Since I love this restaurant I quickly forgave. Then Tuesday night visited Arlington location (off I-20 and Matlock) arrived ordered drinks party of two. Order fajitas, waited and waited, 15 minutes go by then 20, I told our server we are frustrated, where is our food? he said I will go check, then the manager came over apologies and say "See, (in a talk-down manner) Fajitas take at least 18 minutes to cook". I said well, it's been 25 minutes so what is the excuse??!! Then two tables that were arrived after us, here comes their food. 8 minutes later my table got their food. I said, no! we are gone, this has proven what Uncle Julio's thinks of their customers. You lost a very very loyal customer. I loved this place, but when you treat loyal customers like this, I am out.

Awful experience today @ Uncle Julio's restaurant. We had a reservation for 4:30PM, arrived at 4:10PM and informed the host that we had. reservation for 4:30. She immediately responded that it would be available closer to our time. At 4:30 I approached the desk to ask again, the host said to me "give us a few minutes". So we stood close to the counter so she could see us. A family of five entered the restaurant and ask how long would be the wait for a table. The host asked her if they were looking for inside or outside seating. When a young guy that worked at the restaurant recognized the young girl with this family and asked her how many were them and where they had requested seating. The girl responded where ever... The young guy went to the host grabbed her book with the notes. And told her that he knew them to sit them inside. Within a minute they were being seated before a bunch of people that were waiting, including US we a reservation. It was already 4:36 and I was furious by what I had just witnessed. So I asked for a supervisor. He came to the hostess desk where I explained what I had just seen. He asked me to step back and he would talk to the host. He told me that they had a reservation. Straight up lying to me. I called him out and told him that is was not true. I had heard the request from the family and it was not "we have a reservation for 4:30" but how long for a table of five. By the way, even if what he told me was true, they had come in just that minute and we had been there 25 minute waiting. Needless to say we were immediately seated after that. I asked the waitress if I could speak to the supervisor. He came and my words were "I apologize for my reaction" and he simply said "they did have a reservation". That infuriated me, to once again lie to me. Instead of saying "I apologize for the incident, enjoy your food. Very rudely said "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU". I said no, but they did not have a reservation. He said once again "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU". We decided to leave the restaurant. Very disappointing...

Horrible staff, food was like cafeteria food. Disgusting! Ordered enchiladas came out soggy smothered in can cheese. Ordered mango lemonade came out tasting like cucumber. Nothing on there menu even has cucumber.. Next day, got VERY SICK, called spoke to Manager, Brian who stated he contacted Corporate..never heard from anyone. Week later, call back..more lies from Fake female answering phone claiming to be General Manager, Brian stated no General Manager there! Laughing as if its a comedy show!
