Taco Cabana

6-25-2022: I ordered the chicken fajita nachos with a sweet tea to drink. The chicken fajita nachos with delicious and a generous portion size. I also ordered a bean & cheese taco and a original chulpa both were great. I ordered a large queso and chips and those were tasty as well. The staff was very friendly with timely service.

The food is good, but you should always check your order before leaving the drive thru window. They tend not to get your right, especially if you order something the way you want it. I've noticed that the price of your order changes even though you order the same thing each time. I think the different clerks at the window, always a new face each time I go. Food is good servicing time is good but delivery is not sometimes.

I was staying at one of the nearby hotels and walked over, looking for a quick dinner. I was so positively surprised by the quality of the food - and the margaritas! The staff was terrific and helpful, the tacos were fat and juicy, the queso was sublime, and the salsas were a delicious variety. A really good meal for a really good price!

It’s really sad that Taco Cabana used to be a better quality quick service taco joint in DFW. It’s all been downhill. No wonder they’re closing so many locations. The “fajita” meat for the tacos reminded me of the microwave ready made meat at Walmart. No onion, cilantro, peppers, etc. The salsa bar is still closed. The corn tortillas were microwaved as well and stiff. Fully regret swinging by for lunch. The checkout lady was very kind and sweet. Attentive. I hope she ends up somewhere better than this when they close down.

Came on lunch break Friday afternoon !! SUPER SLOWWWW WAS IN DRIVE THRU LIne nearly 15 mins Not to mention girl On headset had whole conversations while taking my order. I definitely don’t need to hear about employees needing a rest room break while I’m trying to order . If they can speed it up here. Everything else can be looked over sheesh lol

I came to order a dozen breakfast tacos as usual, but today they said I couldn’t order a dozen! I asked why not? They said, we have about 20 dozen ahead of you. So I asked what can I order for breakfast? They say, well you can order tacos. So, they sell me 6 tacos for the price of a dozen!? I guess I just don’t understand why they can sell me 6, but not 12 at the correct price? This is just what you get when dealing with fast food places that ALWAYS have sub par employees. Disappointing.
