Pizza Hut

We placed an order a little late nearing closing time and when we arrived the gentleman was very personable and polite. Great customer service experience. The pizza was so dang good we had to order it the next day also! We are sure the same gentleman made it lol Thank You !!! Our go to spot now for sureeee 2nd time around. Delivery was very fast and pizza was even more delish Might have to go for a 3rd since today is National pizza day !

Ordered on the 6th of July and the order was wrong and the manager on duty put a credit on my account for the next order but i would have to do it by calling the store. Called the store today 10th of July and was told by the person who answered the phone that they don't see my account. Asked to speak to manager and some shady person came on the phone and refused to help me and wouldn't provide their name. They refused to provide service to me. I contacted Corporate regarding this issue. I am a disabled Vet and the level of disrespect and disregard to my order was down right terrible.

I placed an order for curbside pickup that was ready at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:47pm and tapped the “I’m here” button on my email. I was parked directly in front of the front door. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called the store to let them know I was here. The phone rang for over five minutes. In that time I witnessed tan employee on the phone leaning on the front door having a conversation while my phone call went unanswered. The employee then sat down on the bench by the window and continued his phone conversation. A customer walked in the store, and the employee finally hung up the phone and took his order. That’s when the same employee proceeded to pull my order out of the warming door where my order sat until he finally brought it out at 4:15. While this is happening I called the phone number back and pressed 1 to place an order where I sat on hold and was transferred to the store that never answered my call when I arrived. I finally hung up when he walked the pizza to my car. I’ve given this Pizza Hut several opportunities to get it right with my curbside orders. I’ve always had to call in order to get someone to bring my order. But never has an employee talked on the phone right in front of me while my order sat and my call ignored because his personal call was more important. I’m sure it was personal because he was casually leaning on the store door and sitting on the bench by a window to only hang up when a customer walked in. My pizza and cinnamon sticks were lukewarm at best. I was looking forward to the Detroit style pizza being back on the menu. Next time I will drive out of my way to avoid the 411 N. Royal Lane, Irving, TX location, if and when I decide to give Pizza Hut another try.

Today I ordered one specialty pizza and another one topping pizza along with an eight piece wings and some quepapas. I was very satisfied with this order. I ordered online and the wbesite said that the pizza would be ready in 20-30 minutes for carryout. When I arrived at the store after about 25 minutes, the pizza was ready and extremely hot and fresh. In addition, the associate a the store was very nice and friendly. In the past, with other pizza places, I had the problem that the pizza makers did not add enough toppings. However, this was not the case with the order I placed today! I would highly recommend Pizza Hut to any of my friends!
