Bigfoot Java

Used to be amazing last year but the worst turnover in staff and none of them have a clue how to make the drinks like all the good staff that have now moved on. The drinks are so watered down now the line used to be round the block and now I drive past and not even one car. Management when emailed don’t care so I don’t care ruin your business other places are much better now.

i ordered an iced orange creamsicle from the bigfoot in issaquah. i normally get this drink and there have been one other time, and today, that it has tasted horrible. instead of an orange creamsicle, i basically got orange soda with a splash of milk. this is highly disappointing and they have been very inconsistent lately with their drinks.

Rachelle and the rotating morning crew are great. Frequently I leave it in their hands with regard to what to make when I visit, and I have not been disappointed with any of their creations to date. Their long lines throughout the day show they’re doing it right. Cheers from a fellow Issaquah business owner, keep up the great work and great beverages!

Substandard sanitization practices at this location. Our barista didn’t wash his hands after touching money and his phone, and then made our drinks while contaminating the ice with the top of the red bull can he had just opened/touched. (We ordered Red Bull Italian sodas). He just set the can upside down on the ice in the cup to let it fill, letting the beverage come into contact with a surface he had just touched with dirty hands. Usually love this coffee stand, but not like this.

I know the difference between a hot chocolate and a latte.. it’s so frustrating to pay for something consistently getting the wrong thing! I think some of the people here are great! One particular person driver extremely recklessly 5am because she’s always late! She’s almost hit my car twice now. I will add that the young lady that is there overnight is amazing! She’s sooo happy and just full of life! Always goes beyond expectations!

I got to Bigfoot at about 10:55 yesterday morning and let me tell you I didn't get my drinks and drive away till about 11:43.... i only had 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up... one side was banging drinks out I counted 10 cars or more out the other side BEFORE I was at the other window.... this is not ok.. like at all I also counted the amount of drinks handed out while I waited that almost 50 min in line she legit made and handed out 6 drinks.... that isn't that many .... also if they up the price of drinks they need to make sure the service is worth it 1st...
