Merry Piglets Mexican Grill

We had seen this place on our way to the burger next place but thought it looked good so we decided to try it out for dinner. While the place was a bit busy, it took only us about 15 minutes to get a table. We glanced at the menu which was quite extensive and had a nice variety of dishes on it. I decided on the cheese and spinach enchiladas while my g/f had a taco and enchilada combo with a side of rice. We both agreed that our food was excellent, the service was wonderful the pricing just right. It was an outstanding meal in the heart of Jackson Hole.

Had a late night arriving flight and managed to get in 3 minutes to closing but the host was so kind and welcoming in helping me choose quickly for a Togo order. Ended up with the carne asada quesadilla and he also swapped out the beans for rice. Even though the quesadilla was cold, he included a fresh hot bag of chips and salsa so honestly for a last minute meal this was a dream come true.

Service was great, food was also great, and the design theme was super fun with a lot of Mexican inspiration and artwork with piglets like the restaurant's namesake. It is definitely Tex-Mex, so don't be totally expecting a traditional Mexican experience, but they definitely did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Nice little Tex-mex place. Used the join the waitlist on Google maps. Had a 6 - 16 minute wait and only took 6 on a busy Wednesday. We shared the Bueno Nachos with ground beef between 2 people. And also the small queso. Food was quick and tasted good. Lots of cheese layers in the nachos. They have 2 bathrooms for women (senoras and senoritas). Server was nice and made recommendations when we asked what to get. We weren’t super hungry at the time so we went with an appetizer. Prices are expected for tourist town. Would eat there again.
