Hatch Taqueria & Tequilas

I called Hatch to see if they would be willing to host a small baby shower during lunch the day before the planned event. staff was not only open to the idea, but extremely accommodating the next day upon arrival. Even going so far as to help me with decorations, move plants and bolster the vibe. this has always been one of my favorite lunch spots, and I really appreciated this experience. It feels good to find service and community like this - thank you Hatch!

Very nice place. Excellent food and excellent service. We really enjoyed the taco sampler (6 tacos for $30, which my much better half and I split), which I would highly recommend. The classic margaritas are the bomb 😁. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Arrive by 6:00 PM on a Saturday if you don't want to wait long.

We chose this restaurant by chance and we were so glad we did! The food was creative, delicious and, as visitors from South Texas, we were very impressed by the flavor and level of spice in the food! I also appreciated that they offered non-alcoholic beer and catered to dietary restrictions. Some people were grouchy about the service being slow, but the restaurant was busy and we were happy to wait for such great food. The staff was also very friendly and knew the menu well. This will certainly be on our "must visit" list the next time we are in Jackson!

Hatch Taqueria has a lot going for it, especially its prime location in Jackson Hole. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The chorizo burrito and huevos rancheros were somewhat underwhelming. Despite my specific request, the eggs came overcooked. There's potential here for it to be a top spot, but the dishes need tuning to match the allure of its location.

Had a great dinner experience here! Ordered the tacos (Cochinita Pibil and Carne Asada), chicken enchiladas and chips and guacamole. Everything was delicious. The hostess was so friendly, and we had great service. Fun decor, lively atmosphere, and what looked like a great patio (it was raining while we were there). I’d definitely recommend!
