Good coffee as always and nice to have some good coffee coming out of a 3 day trip in Yellowstone. Only downside was the wait outside to get in. Overall, service was good and drinks were good.

Super friendly staff and relatively quick service. Go here every time in town. Mask mandate is strict right now, regardless of what the rest of the state is doing on the other side of the mountains. Still a great warm coffee and snack on a cool spring day.

We stopped in at 6 am as it opened and Daniel and Maddy were hustling but pleasant and had our coffee ready in no time! Thank you guys for working so hard to make us delicious coffee for the road!

They were social distancing in the store, spots are clearly marked for social distancing, very friendly hostess outside monitoring the capacity, attentive and friendly staff inside. My coffee was on par with Starbucks standards. Lovely decor inside too!

Super friendly staff that maintained proper safety and cleanliness, while still being really polite and thoughtful. They were slammed with mobile orders and long line, but they all worked SUPER hard to full fill orders as fast as they could. Wonderful service here!

I live in Jackson, I love Starbucks in general but the downtown east Broadway location is the best. It’s unbelievably busy in the summer and the crew is fantastic. Great location and great flat blonde whites ❤️🌎

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Always great service (the staff is top notch), your drink won’t be wrong, and I’m sure if it should happen to be, they’ll fix it, happily, sans attitude. Really recommend!!

We just stopped real quick on our way to Casper looking for a drink, but we got so much more. Our barista was incredible!!! My normal drink is a Chai tea and she made a suggestion on what to add so I gave it a try. It is the greatest Chai tea I have ever had and she made a special Matcha tea for me as well. She also made my brother in law a flat white the proper way, so all and all this is the greatest experience I have ever had at a Starbucks and I would highly recommend this one to anyone in Jackson. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was absolutely amazing!!

Not a bad place to stop for your morning fix. They were out of stock of a lot of items we asked for, and that’s odd considering that it’s the off-season. However, staff was nice, building is nice, and the drink was excellent. Just like always, it’s Starbucks.
