Picked up some delicious calabrese sausage one afternoon and then came back for lunch service a couple of days later - I’ve never had a hot dog that I would describe as “crisp and refreshing” until that dog. Sounds more like adjectives for a nice salad or cold beer, doesn’t it? Quality meat and creative flavor combinations. Tater tots also an A+ (seasoned and cooked beautifully). Really friendly staff that remembered me from the first trip earlier in the week. If I was a local I’d be a regular.

Hands-down the absolute burger 🍔 joint go-to in all the valley! Sure you know this place for the fresh meats and the custom offerings from the butcher but if you want the best burger in town, there is no comparison! Stop by for lunch and grab a sack of burgers and you won't bother going anywhere else! Great people, great food and good selection of wines as well.

What an amazing shop! We got our Thanksgiving beef tenderloin here. It was a top quality product with excellent service! (We got gravy and au jus too, both were also great). Best Thanksgiving meal ever!!
The meat is of the highest quality 💯 The guys who work there were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would not buy meat any where else in Jackson! 🥩

Today I learned what a burger is supposed to taste like. Every burger for the rest of my life will be judged by the McDowell standard. And if you think tots are just tots, you're wrong. I haven't had a lunch here that isn't 5 star worthy. Everything is wrapped in foil so it stays hot until you get to to it. It's a small detail but it's thoughtful and appreciated. These folks know their customers. And to top it off the staff is just as friendly as can be. Eat here. As often as you can. Seriously.

Take out only, though they do have some picnic tables in front. Nice selection of beers if you like IPA & similar. Hands down the best roast beef sandwich I’ve had - “One Legged Cow.” Meat thick, flavorful, tender; great horseradish sauce. It’s all you need to be happy. Though if it’s chilly, tuck into Atelier Ortega too, for coffee and a cinnamon bun.

This place is awesome. We swung by to grab two ribeyes for my husband's birthday while we were on vacation and the owner took extra time to talk to us about the ranchers he works with, great recipes, and good camping spots in town. The steak was extra delicious and well trimmed. We came back the next day for their breakfast sandwiches and they were out of this world. We love this business and wish they had one in Denver!

This place is so good that we ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are a whole animal butchery and do specials everyday depending on what cuts they have. Had a breakfast burger that was delicious, this was while waiting for lunch options. They were even better, somewhat of an Asian influence and made it unique and incredible. Got a NY Strip and Mac and Cheese to go. Both were fantastic. Owner is a super nice guy. Go in and order what ever they have as a special, great place!

Came in 3 times during my week stay in Jackson. Helpful staff and great meats. Were also very helpful with suggestions. On my 3rd visit i showed up at 3 not realizing they closed at 2. I was walking back to the car when they came out and asked if they could help me, and got me what i was looking for. Extremely grateful for the kindness they did not need to extend.

Staff was so friendly, be sure to ask for recommendations. I got the beef jerky, which was fresh and delicious, and one of their pre made breakfast sandwiches with all the fixins! So good!!!
