San Juan Restaurant

Quaint little place near downtown with good food. It's not in the middle of downtown but we appreciated that since there wasn't a 2 hour wait like other places. We were seated immediately and the staff was friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

We were looking for authentic Mexican cuisine and that is exactly what we got here! Friendly staff but we got a little confused on one of the menu items. You can see what it is in pictures I posted... bacon wrapped in fries. They called it “bacon rolls” so a little confusing but our food was amazing and no complaints there! The margarita was not as strong but this coming from my husband who drinks whiskey.

If you like mexican food you need to come here.. This place has some amazing Food! A bit pricy but it is Jackson after all.. The salsa Roja and salsa Verde are super spicy and very delicious. I got the taco combo plate with one Carnitas and one Asada taco served with beans and rice. Omg it was sooo good! I will defiantly be back! <3

Seriously delicious. Breakfast burrito made my day, margarita felt great, and Ceasar took great care of our group! Beautiful dining area, big comfy table for a bunch of friends, and friendly, clean vibes all around. Grateful to have this right downtown, only a few blocks away from work and home, I'll be stopping by more often.

We enjoyed our time at San Juan Resturant! The owners, Maria and her husband are very sweet. The food was yummy! We had tacos, nachos, and good drinks! For desert we had churros. Let me just say they were the best churros we have ever eaten. So delicious, hot, crispy and super tasty! They have great outdoor patio seating too. A good resturant in downtown!

A delightful surprise. Their salsa was just the right level of spice and flavor. I also really enjoyed the bean dip they brought out to compliment the salsa. The food was quick to be made and delivered. I really loved the new look of the restaurant, it gave a rustic feel while keeping it very homey. I think the only downside, is the same at a lot of places in Jackson, the service is sparatic because of lack of staff. The staff was very friendly and made the best of it. Overall, a nice quiet little bistro-style cantina.
