Stopped in while camping around NH in November, had the New England pot roast and French Onion Soup, which was out of this world. The portions are huge, so there's plenty to take home for leftovers. If your a mashed potato with gravy person, this is your places, they were out of this world. Service is excellent and plenty of parking.

Excellent waitress with superb class and attentively respondent to inquiries about food preparation and ingredients. Wow!!! One of the BEST MEALS in the MWV EVER!💕 You will not be disappointed with the menu as the chef's are phenomenal and will accommodate food sensitivities. We stopped in last night, Thursday October 19, 2023 after a very long hiking day. We asked and were immediately seated at a high top in the bar. The service was excellent, the bartender was serving the bar and all tables in the bar. She was amazing, friendly, efficient, attentive over and above! Our appetizer came out quickly and meals followed shortly after. Our food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Nice place. HUGE! it gets really packed so go during slower times out be prepared to wait, possibly over an hour. Sometimes service is a little slow but always accommodating and friendly. We just went for a light bite. New England clam chowder, which was amongst the best I've ever had, and the spinach dip which we couldn't finish. Absolutely delicious!

The food and staff were good! The place is huge and really nice lots of seating. Drinks are good! The only disappointment was they don’t serve brunch any more ☹️ so if you’re looking for their brunch that was highly recommended before you’ll have to go somewhere else. The food is still worth a visit though!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The waitress was very kind and beyond amazing with our son. The place was busy but the layout of the restraunt leads you to believe that it's not packed. Even though they were busy the food all came out in a timely manner and was cooked great! The starter of spinach and artichoke dip was huge and great for a bigger group to share. My wife's pizza was sweet and saviory. The Fox Smash Burger was delicious. They put spicy bread and butter pickles on it and when you first bite into the burger you get the sweet of the pickle that stands out and compliments the slight kick of the burger. Phenomenal, smash burger.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff are awesome! Found out the owner of 33 years makes all soups, sauces, and pasta in house. Also has to go jars of all sauces. Coming to NH for many years regret now not stopping in earlier. Food was a 10! Great overall experience next to a cozy fireplace. Quick note all staff wearing masks and tables well spread out! Made us feel very comfortable.
