Ok, are y’all open until 8 or aren’t you? The last three times I’ve come, it’s been 7:15PM. Each time, you have been closed or the employees were in the store with the door locked. When they came to the door they told me you are “out of bread.” First of all I just don’t believe that, since I know your store has to stock primary inventory for days at a time. Second of all, if your hours are not until 8PM, you need to change your hours on any existing online sources.

Incredibly slow (even at the shop -- not delivery) and unbelievably rude. While I was waiting outside another customer walked up and asked how long I'd been waiting. He said he wasn't surprised, as that was his experience in the past and he didn't intend to come back. A third customer agreed! These employees have an attitude problem and management needs to fix it or be changed itself.

The food was great! WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT AFTER 2 HOURS! So if you eat here I suggest you don't get it delivered! I placed my first order at 11:10 and I waited an hour when I didn't get the notification that it was out for delivery I called. The guy I spoke with friendly but told me they had voided my order due to the tickets messing up (storm knocked power out the previous day and the tickets that were coming through was dated wrong) that was fine I understand that but why was I not informed that my order was voided! the guy told me I could reorder and my money would be refunded for the previous order. So I get on line and reorder and it still took an hour for me to get my food. Didn't take long for the food to be fixed but it took awhile to get here. which it shouldn't have because I am exactly 1.4 miles away from this location. The delivery guy smelled like weed when he got here so I guess that explains why the delivery took so long.. long story short! I placed my FIRST order at 11 and I didn't get my SECOND order until 1:10 oh and I am not 100% sure if I was ever refunded the money from the first time I ordered!

Jimmy johns is easy stop for your road trip this is a nice location with helpful and frielbfriendlydly staff. I enjoy the french bread they use for their sandwiches. It is tasty and the way the bottom is a bit crunchy. I only wish they had better and spicier mustard. I always try for extra but it would be nice to put it on myself and have extra.

Jimmy Johns is a great place to get a terrific tasting sandwich from. The ingredients are fresh and they have a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. My issues have always been with the delivery option the store has. I get an hour for lunch at my job and usually place order 30 minutes before the beginning of my break. I get the notifications that my order has been received, made, and out for delivery usually within 15 minutes of my order. This is where the problems occur...I work 10 minutes away from the store and almost 45 minutes later I usually have to call to check on my order. I’ve had to cancel orders in the past because an hour and a half has passed since placing the order and still never received my order. I hate giving this restaurant a 3 star but the delivery is a nightmare for me every time.
