Church's Chicken

Your drive thru worker Chelsea H has a nasty attitude. She is rude. Was basically fussing when I said I wanted spicy chicke when I pulled to the window. I realized I wasn't asked once. I drove off. She was mumbling under her breath and rudely stated there wasn't any. I'm sure because she had already packed my food. I will never in my life return here.

It has been a while since I've been to churches on Ellis and at this time that I went it was very disappointing the food was cold very hard had no flavor about the only thing I did enjoy was the rice and the biscuit that was it the chicken was just awful it was way way over cooking so so hard will I go back I think not well I suggest anybody go there I think not Improvement needs to be done immediately

No dine-in yet there's signs that say come in... I don't understand it. But the food is hit or miss- sometimes it's hot and seasoned and other times the chicken tastes like it's been soaked in water and it's mushy 🤢 Either way, you're going to wait in the slow moving drive thru line for at least 10-15 minutes for it. A few weeks ago, I asked for an apple pie with extra frosting and when I asked for it to be placed in a box, I witnessed the lady take it out with her bare hands so I asked the cashier about the lady not wearing gloves, she said something to her and the lady walked out of sight and back with my apple pie- i didn't eat it that day 💔

I'm a local independent FC specialist of southern cuisines...Its a shame that a chicken speciality restaurant as this, known for great taste and consistency over the years has lost its mojo!...food over battered...overcooked..this lo ation just didnt add up to par! .it was salvaged at home; smothered w onions n some 30 weight gravy and cold corona! ....fc= food critic
