ABSOLUTELY 100% DISAPPOINTED. Up until today, I really loved Chicken & More. However, NOW I AM OF A MUCH DIFFERENT OPINION. Yes, the food is great, as far as I am concerned, BUT, there is a lot more to it than that. At 6:30pm today I called to place an order. A young girl answered the phone and asked me to politely hold. Fair enough. After about 10-12 minutes of holding, I thought it best to call back. So, at 7:25pm I tried again. I let the phone ring MANY TIMES. No answer. I hung up, and tried again at 7:30pm. Again, no answer after MANY RINGS. According to the website closing time is at 8:00pm. I just wanted to place a very simple order, and go in and pick it up. How about just answering the phone and stating that they have decided to close earlier today? Last time I ordered I spent $35 on dinner, and I left the girl a $15 tip. I ALWAYS take care of the staff. If business hours have been changed, how about updating the website? Why discourage patronage from a good customer, OR any customer? In my opinion, operating the establishment like this is just very poor business practice. I do love the food, but if they choose to run their business like this, I may just have to choose another eatery that WANTS and VALUES my business. I am once again, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, AND VERY DISENCHANTED with Chicken & More. I don't think that I will be going back again. It's a great shame to lose a good customer like this.

The last several times my family and I have tried to call at night to order food from their establishment ANY time between 8:00-9:00 (they close at 9:00 on fridays mind you) and they literally NEVER answer the phone to take an order. I can call any other place of business in Jackson at 8:50 and they will not only pick up but take our order. I understand places get busy and don’t want to take orders but not after a half a dozen times of calling around that time any day of the week and them not picking up. They used to be such a great place to order from idk what happened

I ordered 3 of the same meal. Only 2 came. I called and the girl who answered said.. hold on for the owner so you don’t waste your breath. That was rude to begin with. The owner came on the phone and said someone in my house ate it.. I was appalled. I’m 61 yrs old. Why would I want another dish. I said I’m sorry but you’re human too the mistake could have been yours. Long story short.. I don’t know what happened with the 3rd dish .. but THE OWNER said I will send you another.. but will never happen again. He said he was too busy to argue over my missing dish.. well the whole place is rude. Stay away
