Piccadilly Cafeteria

Visiting here for family business and used to come to Piccadilly every year growing up on our family trips here. This is not the same location but the southern hospitality is still the same. There was an issue about the fish being cold (and looked over cooked) and some sides were salty. The tables could have been cleaned better but the waitress was doing her best alone on top of taking care of other patrons. Overall, I still got the pleasure and enjoyment of returning to Piccadilly.

Customer service from the servers was beyond horrible! My mother had to be seated because it took so long to get served..not because of the amount of people but because they just stopped waiting on people. They ran out of trays twice because they weren't bringing out but maybe 8 at a time. We stood waiting for trays over 20 minutes. Then once we got the trays they were our of most of the meats...no baked or fried chicken, not hardly anything. When I asked them could it be brought to me when it was done they said nothing was being brought out to anyone. We were called MFs and treated very rude. When I asked for roast they asked if I wanted to wait for it to be heated cause the center wasn't done! I went to my seat with crab salad and rice! The cashier that gave us the ticket was very polite and the waiters were very nice! Our waiter brought us some chicken. Almost the entire serving line was rude! I will not be eating there again! It is in bad shape appearance wise also! And it was Mother's Day. They almost ruined it for me!!

That carrot souffle always hits the spot; I had their roast beef and it wasn't the best but no one else complained of their entrée. Wish we had one in Biloxi! Found it strange that we had to pay on our way out, even though they give you a bill just before sitting down. Food was delicious though and service was friendly.

I wanna start off with, the food wasn't terrible. Just the staff. When my husband and I were in line getting our food, one of the ladies looked at my husband and started laughing. Then they charges us for something we didn't have. When we were leaving the older lady that cleans the tables seen that we didn't eat all of our food (because we were full) and made a remark about how we "complained" about our bill and then didn't finish our food. That was my first and last time ever going to this place.

Took my wife here for lunch roughly 2 pm on a Saturday. The line servers were very abrupt, not courteous at all, even though we were respectful and thanked them as the gave us the food. It was the same way with the person who rang us in ( who appeared to be a manager), very abrupt and seeming as though he was bothered by our presence. I was charged more than the advertised price for my fried fish meal. After sitting down, we discovered all the food that should have been hot, was not. It was cold to the touch. The fish was hard and dry, the cornbread roll was hard enough to break a window. We decided to leave, attempted to pay for our drinks at the reguster, and was treated very rudely by a young lady, who also appeared to be a manager, when we explained our issue. Horrible experience.
