Taco Bell

Worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Was hung up on 15 times so far for calling and asking for a refund (or anything that they would like to do) for a wrong order. So far 3 people have told me that they were the manager and one (the one that I think is the manager) has called me a liar numerous times. According to her this is 6 fire sauces, 5 hot sauces, and 6 mild sauces and a Baja blast for our meal. A simple “I’m sorry” honestly would have been enough but they thought that screaming at me and starting an argument and calling me a liar was more appropriate.

Taco Bell on Northside has become a restaurant I can rely on. The staff is always moving and working so hard every time I’m there. I usually do mobile orders and my food is always spot on. This location definitely deserve their applaud. My Taco bell orders can get really complicated but they knock it out the park. The whole team be doing their thing and doing it right. You know it’s some good leadership here when the team is a family. Kudos Kudos Kudos

They ladies Mrs.Val and Brit both were entertaining as well as polite courteous and professional.Canidates for a promotion or pay raise in my book most definitely. They offered me several ways to save almost instantly and the food was hot and vegetables crisp and fresh. Thanks Ladies, for making my day at taco bell today. I truly appreciate the fresh vegetarian options and the loving quality that they put into their food is a Lot To Taco Bout lol! The staff are always impressive and listen to orders carefully. They take pride in serving the best Taco Bell on this side of town. I choose this location best for my veggie options just because of the preparation and remarkably great taste. I have tried other Taco Bells from Rankin County, Hinds, Madison, and Leake, but Northside Drive in Jackson, MS does it best!! A great job is done by the hardest working managers and staff from their accuracy and speed of service. I know that these guys encounter many difficulties in this area, so I am grateful that they stay and perform delicious miracles with a positive attitude. Thank you for being the Best Restaurant on this side of Northside Drive. Keep smiling the way you always shine when I come through. My family and I are proud of you. Cudos!
