Taqueria El Primo Express

I'm absolutely in love with this place and I eat here as frequently as I can I like the carne asada tacos! My husband enjoys the carne asada plate. Abraham does speak some English pretty well but a translator app could be helpful to both parties. I am always able to order in English and the menu is on the wall conveniently numbered with photos. Clean bathrooms.!

Small dining area. Very cramped. Rice a beans are not good at all. Steak tacos are bland. Beef quesadilla is also made with the same bland steak. The chicken in the chicken tacos however is seasoned very well. The pickled carrots is also tasty. The green salsa verde is extremely spicy goes great with the chicken tacos. Would I go again yes for the chicken tacos only and nothing more. Food is cooked in a healthy way however just a bit more flare with the way the steak is cooked would get you 3 stars. Serving HOMEMADE horchata that is delicious would get you 4 stars Telling the cashier to not touch food with the same gloves she is touching the cash register and money with would get you 5 stars. Come on covid 19 is no joke and your cashier, she shouldn’t touch the food at all.
