Slow, food is always wrong, my large coffee is always full of grain. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. Got all the way to work and didnt have a egg. McDonald's on 80 and Terry rd are the 2 that need to interview more people for the job. The managers on 80 are so rude and disrespectful to their young employees, no wonder nobody stays. There were 3 or 4 stacks of W2 on the counter, 5ft high...and tall wonder why your workers leave.

So I was here, for about 10-12 minutes waiting on a fairly small order. In that span of time, I saw at least 10 people return and say they received the wrong food.
The cashier was very rude even cursing out other workers whilst there were several other customers still in line. Very poor review from me.

They always get my grandson kids meal order wrong. The only reason I keep stopping there is because I pass it on the way home after I pick my grandson up from school he loves their kids meal.I tell them I want two fries and it's for a boy I always get one fry and girl toy. That's why I have to check the order before I leave and give it back , sometimes I have to do this twice until they get it right. Very dissatisfied with there service.

They are too Hood in this McDonald's! My honest answer they have no structure in there they just need to fire everybody! And start all over again they just need a new store manager who take there job serious what goes in there! Is not of McDonald's stander's! As usual they going to have the same people working now even with me voicing my opinion nothing's going to change!

Stood at front counter over five minutes without even being acknowledged. Then the drive thru worker said she wasn't running drive thru and front counter. Another employee walked in after a manager told him to come help. He spoke to us but walked to the back. I dont if he planned on coming back or not so we just left

This McDonald's was clean and nice inside. Prices were good as usual. Customer service was good but could've been a little faster this particular day. But all in all they were not bad.

This location is absolutely awful! I waited in line for over 36 min. I saw several people pull out of line. Unfortunately, I could not because I had to deliver food for my patient which made me late for our session. They need to get it together. My order was missing things and they didn't get my requests.

Waited 20 mins and they asked like 3 times what my order was. (At drive thru) then when I got my order they had forgotten 2 of the 3 fries. Asked for sauce for the 20 piece nugget and ketchup for fries and they gave me 1 sauce and 2 packs of ketchup 😂
