Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Horrible service! I ordered but they refused to let me pay with a 50 dollar bill. The teenagers worked there were confused about the policy for large bills. The cashier accepted but then returned and said they couldn’t accept bills over 20 dollars but it was the afternoon so I’m sure they had adequate change. They should have comped me the meal for my inconvenience. It’s fast food, it’s not that complicated

This Lady at DQ , idk who she was! But she was an ANGEL. This Dairy Queen (Highway 80 West & Ellis Avenue, Jackson, MS 39073) had an employee there that was so generous, so giving, that she paid for my $4.90 meal that I had bought and was struggling to scrounge up the $ to pay for it.... Because I had all coins.... Well, mostly.... some on a card, $1 & the rest coins... She could see I was barely making it by, of course why get it if I'm broke? Well I was starving, Of course, why not go to somewhere cheaper? Well.... I figured since all of these fast food joints now typically cost at least $5 for something good and that fills you up, figured mind as well go to a nice place like DQ. & what do ya know.... even though I barely even had enough, if even. The lady who ice never seen before paid for my whole meal. It was such a relief because I was actually just trying to decide on whether or not to get gas.... or food? I chose food the most obvious more important need there, & I'd just figure the gas out afterwards... But what do ya know.. It was figured out for me. 😁😃😀🙂😉🙃😊🥰😇😍 Thank you! Such an Angel!!!!

why is it everytime i order there is something wrong with my order? i can almost understand when i ask you to leave out an ingredient that it can confuse some people, but how do you also leave out in ingredient from a standard menu item. if the blizzard calls for choco chunks, oreos and mocha, how do you leave out the choco chunks. this is by far the worst dairy queen around!!
