Pizza Station

Went here for an early dinner on a monday. We were the only ones dining, so quick service. The box of tater tots were amazing, chicken strips average. We ordered a 16in all meat pizza. It was ready within 20 minutes, tasted 7/10. I grew up around Chicago, which means I have high standards. Good pizza, clean atmosphere. Understandable how service could be slow when they are busy, obviously understaffed, but who isn't these days. Be kind to the ones that did show up for work. Thank you Pizza Station

This place is a for sure stop. Was in town for a hockey game with some friends and stopped hear. The pizza was great and the appetizers were just as good. The Wong tong motzza sticks were awsome along with the broccoli and cheese poppers. I suggest the BLT Pizza and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The service was fun and friendly. Definitely will go back.

Ordered a pizza at 5pm and were told it would be delivered within the hour. Seemed a little long and vague, but being optimistic, we went ahead with the order. Called back after 6:15 and were told it would be ready to go soon. We canceled the order. This is not the first time we've been disappointed in their delivery times. But it is the last time we'll give them the opportunity to disappoint us.

Visiting from Cincinnati and decide to try Pizza Station. Service was slow at 1st. Very busy. Took awhile to take our order. Waitress very friendly. Once food ordered, got it to is in a timely manner. Had pizza and my wife had a Calzone. Great taste. Loved the small homey feel of the place. If we lived here, we would frequent this place a lot. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good food!

I usually don't write reviews but something has to be said about the horrible service we've received here. It's hard to focus on the service knowing that my wife and I do like the food and the restaurant. We went here back on Father's day and ordered our dinner. We ordered an appetizer, salad and pizza. We received our drinks and waited for an hour. We never received our food. When my husband asked the waitress what happened with our order, she started going through the garbage looking for our order ticket. Since we liked the food, we decided to give this place another shot. So I placed an online order on 8/15/21 and waited 40 minutes before I went to pick up my food. When I got there, the waitress said to me "Oh, I forgot to put your order in." It was the same waitress that had thrown out our order the last time we went to the restaurant. Even though we like the food, we are no longer put up with terrible service like this to have a good meal.

Ordered a pizza and some breaded mushrooms at 7:03pm. Wait was estimated at 90 mins. A little long of a wait, but not unusual for this place, and we've had good experiences ordering from them in the past. At 8:55pm I called the restaurant and I was told the pizza had already left and should arrive any minute. At 9:17pm I called again and was put on hold while they attempted to call the delivery driver, they came back on the line and said the driver had trouble finding the place. As I hung up the phone the driver arrived. In all fairness, I understand it is difficult to find our place, but if the driver couldn't find the place they should have called. By the time we finally did receive our food (almost 2 and 1/2 hours after ordering) it was luke warm at best and the pizza had shifted in the box leaving nearly half the pizza folded over. Also, as a minor detail, the breaded mushrooms did not come with any ranch sauce as it was advertised. The worst part was, like many other food ordering apps, I was asked to tip the driver while ordering. From now on, I'll just wait to tip until the food has arrived. Almost an hour late justifies a minimal tip if any at all, and had I looked at my pizza before the driver left I would have sent it back with them and demanded a refund.   We are extremely disappointed with our order tonight.

Consistently messing up orders. Got a bacon cheeseburger without any cheese or bacon. Last time did not get order until after an hour and a half AT LEAST. Also ordered the station burger and did not get any cheese or "special sauce" on it or on the side. Being short staffed would be understandable but to simple miss what the order is literally called shows workers are not trained or need clear pictures set in front of them to show how to make burgers/read
