Firehouse Subs

Wish I could give zero stars. I eat firehouse subs in many towns. I love the food and I like the cause. But this was joke. Subs were all bread no meat. (NY steamers) and the pickle tasted like it was bathed in some horrible chemical. Ordered a salad with ranch. The little ranch container is about 1/3 of what you would need for a salad this size. Terrible branch of firehouse subs. Don't waste your money.

Hot, fresh, and delicious! A great sub while helping out our great firefighters! The whole family enjoyed wonderful sandwiches while I, the birthday boy, munched out on my birthday freebies from the rewards program. Free food always seems to taste better!! A wonderful selection of subs that can be tailored to your specific likings. You won't be disappointed.

I usually love Firehouse and this particular location especially but today there was WAY too many people in there. It was very crowded, no one was social distancing. They need to put a cap on the number of people who can dine in at a time. It seemed like large groups of soccer players were coming in all at once. This made my experience not as enjoyable as it normally is, especially when I just wanted to grab a quick bite between errands and not sit around and chit chat for an hour.

Long story short, I ordered from here through a delivery service. Right before my order was due to be delivered it was canceled. I called store to see what was wrong and it was an internet issue. (out of their hands) She advised to go through another service, which I did. My food finally arrived and half of it is missing. I immediately called the Doordasher and was told how rude the people at Firehouse were and that is all she was given before she just hung up. At this point I am just done and call the store to request refund. I was given the manager on duty, who not only was the nicest person, but asked what was left out, got my address and brought me the missing stuff along with extra stuff. He was not paid or tipped to do that. Doordash was. The Doordasher was responsible for checking order, but if she was on here cell there like she was here then I am sure she didn't pay a bit of attention. Anyway, I wanted to write a review and thank the manager for coming out in his personal vehicle and going above and beyond for me. I think a manager like that should receive a great review!
