Papa Johns Pizza

I order from here all the time. Every employee is always friendly, the pies are consistently ready in a reasonable amount of time, and my order has always been accurate. Need I say more? Yes, their toppings are laid all the way out to the edge, the crust and edge lock looks great every time, and I genuinely look forward to my visits here. I love Papa John’s pizza and I’ve yet to be disappointed at this location. Thanks again North Highland, keep up the strong work.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED (ZERO Stars) First off , let me say that every review in the recent months are fake . There is absolutely ZERO chance these people have actually eaten at this particular location. This place is consistently bad . I really wish it wasn't . Papa Johns as a whole is ok , but the Jackson tn. store is a complete joke. They take pride in doing the least possible. Every time ive ordered from them its a disappointment . I wish this location would close or the owner would fire everyone and start over . The past three orders : First order - Pizza was not correct Second Order - Thin crust , burnt to hell and they still sent it out . I could not believe my eyes. Third Order - Pizza incorrect and the cheese was so minimal it could have passed for some burnt pita bread . Do EVERYONE a favor and close your doors......... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered from here because the commercial expressed sealing the box to ensure it wasn't touched after leaving the oven. My box was delivered unsealed so I called expressing my concern and the employee said they got to busy and forgot to seal box so were they so busy that they forgot to practice safe handling or what. I expressed my concerns and she said I'm sure nothing is wrong with the order!!!!
