The good reviews on this hospital are fake reviews but Unless you don’t care to get professional care, help or just don’t mind wasting your time and money. Well then this hospital is definitely for you. If they spent more time on doing, as if like spent the same effort as they do searching you, patting you down, or telling you to wear a mask and invested that same effort into helping the patient with professional help and care there would be potential, but unfortunately not the case. I would only highly recommend that you only just keep driving or don’t stop at all costs. As you would and will only regret it if you do. I feel bad for the taxpayers who are feeding and loosing money to this establishment and the insurance companies who are loosing money when financially supporting, paying for and letting people to go here and just be wasted dollars when it’s all said and done by the end of the day. Save yourself and a loved one by NOT SENDING OR LETTING THEM GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. No stars deserved. But unfortunately have to give one star for a review. Number two in worst Michigan hospitals. Reviews don’t lie, do your research and trust the reviews. Then you will have better odds at saving a life. Don’t take my word for it, just read the reviews or go experience it for yourself.

My husband has sat in aftermath of a bowel movement for over 24 hours on step down in ICU. I was told he’d be bathed hours ago without anyone ever coming back to check in. He has very little mobility and was given a tray of food with no assistance for breakfast. When I arrived he had scrambled eggs, an entire glass like plate with fruit, and opened syrup under his one small blanket he’s been given. I washed ensure out of his beard and had to help him pick his legs up and get him back into bed upon arriving. He was put here to have more care than other floors. I normally have no problems with the care my family has received here until now. This man cannot make decisions or react to feelings.

2 weeks ago I went to the E.R. for a health issue , I recieved prompt and professional care. Every Nurse and Doctor were caring and had excellent bedside manners. This was my second time to the E.R. in the last 4 years and highly recommended Henry Ford if your undecided on which Emergency Room to go to.

I brought my son in for a dog bite to his head. The problem is that 1 they seat you with other patients who have covid. Which is ridiculous, and unsafe. Secondly later that day when we got home my son started throwing up a lot and I called to to seek advice and they told me I couldn’t talk to no one bc they no longer have a nurse line. I also found very unsafe and ridiculous. They need a better system. I won’t be going here unless it’s immediate emergency.

I was in the er a few months back and would literally rather take an uber to the Chelsea hospital than go back. I was given a mystery anxiety med and left alone on a dark room. Apon waking I was treated as if I was acting irrational for simply asking what was going on. Total incompetence and worst of all their so called "social workers" won't allow you to speak if someone else is in the room with you and will direct all questions to them regardless of wheather or not you are able to answer them. Oh and they won't bother to covid test you so real safe too 👍

I was unconscious when EMS took me to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital. I credit their ER team with saving my life. When I was finally aware of my surroundings everyone I had contact with was very nice. Turns out I had sepsis and pneumonia, not great for a 72 year old woman. I was admitted for a week and again everyone was very nice. I thought the food was good, except the fish was slightly overdone. I really loved the lemon pudding and the vegetable soup. I would highly recommend this hospital and am very thankful for their care.
