Bubbakoo's Burritos

Exceptional staff and service that goes beyond what you'd expect from burrito place. Staff is like a big happy family that makes the best bowls and tacos of any Bubbakoos I've been too, and they're super friendly and rad. The food is fresh and delicious -- and the whole restaurant is pristine at all times. If you live in Jackson or you're just in the area do yourself a favor and stop in. You'll never set foot in a dingy Chipotle again. ;)

I've been ordering quite often lately having no kitchen under construction since November 2021. Every time the Burritos and Burritodillas are great except for today. I ordered extra sour cream x2 and paid for it and it was not included nor was the 2 free sour creams ordered online. The burritodilla ordered with cheese but didn't look like but a few shreds. They gave white rice instead of brown. The Burritodilla was ordered with crispy chicken and black beans but looked like it was missing half the filling and cheese. $30 for 2 meals and tip and I was disappointed. My wife called immediately after returning home to complain about the sour creams missing. It makes the meal and didn't have any at home. They immediately delivered more upon my request and rectified the matter with kindness by giving us a free bag of chips was much appreciated. Overall the food didn't taste as good as usual. The hibachi steak on burrito was a bit chewy and not as soft or and tender as usual. I paid for extra but seemed like regular. They also put too much rice. Every bite had a ton and the BBQ sauce wasn't very flavorful. Maybe didn't put enough. There were peppers in it also not ordered. I didn't even taste the general tsaos on the dilla. So all in all not great especially after the order was wrong and soo expensive. If I could post photos of dilla I will.

we went here for the first time as a last minute decision and we were greeted by every single employee behind the counter as we walked in and came around. we ordered burritos and there were so many meat options as well as sauces from mild to spicy. the food was also very good! i would definitely go back, thank you :)

Ordered catering for a fairly large group!!! Got the Rager! Food was excellent, everyone loved the food and we had more than enough food!!! The staff is so pleasant to deal with too! Joe the manager was pleasant and super helpful in providing information and possible choices. The two guys who delivered the food were quick and organized. Crowd loved the food, will def do this again!!!!
