The cashier at Churches Chicken that took my order was very friendly. She explained that there will be a wait for my order and asked if that was Ok. She asked me to pull forward and she was yet VERY Friendly. My order was HOT and Delicious! There is very limited parking but the Friendly service, that day, was worth it!

Roof was leaking all over the place, got in my drink. Service was so slow I didn't bother complaining.
I'm always happy to go to Church's when I visit the south. Not this time.

Wanted to try the shrimp but they wouldnt sell me any unless I bought the combo. I just wanted some spicy chicken fingers and shrimp and got let down on both counts. Wouldn't sell me any shrimp and the "spicy" fingers were bland and unseasoned

Horrible, nasty, flies were in the facility. They had no chicken ready, no corn, no green beans and one of the employees dropped the last piece of corn for a customer on the floor and picked it up and put it in the customer bag. Myself and my sister saw her then the manager told her to take it out and put of in the trash. I'll rather drive to Thomasville churches chicken than go back to the one on Jackson. And the women restroom was terrible. This place needed to be closed down

The employees have horrible attitudes. I just went and the lady didn't speak a word to me. She was too busy stuffing her face with food. She also got mad because I was asking questions about the menu.

Not even worth one star. I've had to contact the churches supervisor twice. They literally never get my order right and are beyond rude. They never say thank you or anything. When I have to drive back bc they got my order wrong they don't say sorry and they've slammed the window in my face multiple times. I'm so fed up with how they treat me and will never give them another penny. PATHETIC.

Employees too lazy to answer the drive thru it’s pathetic. Sat for 5 minutes then drove away and see two employees just standing by the register looking at my car as I drove away. Won’t be returning to this place
