Ups has the worst customer service in the world!!!!!
Getting a text message saying we will deliver your package between 13:30 and 17:30, 12:00 I got a phone call about delivery, okay!
Ups always act like they are the customer and I have to adjust to them and not the other way around.

The absolute worst. The one star reviews are true. Fake delivery attempts. Lies. Inexplicably long wait times for no reason. Avoid at ALL costs.

Your employee came to the parking lot and left without bringing the cargo to the door. it's impossible to understand. Urgent delivery package went without delivery. I sent an e-mail to wait for the cargo. You have disrupted my works. Do not know how to make an emergency delivery? what an irresponsibility?
