This is the only place I know you can get a truly customizable pizza. 1000's of combinations. Fire brick pizza oven adds a delicious flavor to the food. If you go between 2 pm and 4pm you won't have to wait long.

I had a bad experience at Z Pizza to the point I walked out. Let me tell you what happened. At Z Pizza, I was charged $35 for one person dinner and confronted at my table after paying that I needed to pay more. I asked for a refund and went to my car where I googled cauliflower crust pizza and called several who didn't seem like they would be careful with my wheat allergy or didn't have cauliflower crust. I called Mod pizza and Ethan answered. He was very knowledgeable about the cauliflower crust and relates to an allergy to it since his mom has an intolerance. So I felt this is my place and added it to Google to get here as soon as I could, despite the fact that Google was just as lost as I was in this city. After going through loops and the frustration of Z Pizza, I was pleasantly greeted by Destiny's refreshing smile, welcoming me as I entered in. She happily said, "hello and welcome in." I immediately felt better. She was very patient and kind as she and Ethan both listened with compassion and understanding as I complained about the experiences I just endured. Destiny changed her gloves for my safety when I informed them of my allergy. When I told them I have auto brewery . Ethan actually had knowledge about what it is and the dangers with it. Destiny was very helpful by offering items I didn't know I could get on my pizza. I asked for extra cheese and she pleasantly added more. After my pizza was done, Destiny was kind enough to deliver it to my table and asked if she could get me anything else, still with her wonderful smile. She gladly brought me dipping sauce 😁. The staff here informed me that there's an app. I appreciated that and downloaded it. I was enduring a bit of struggle with locating what I was searching for and Aaron was so patient and helpful. He walked me through the app and even took the time to reach out for help on what he didn't know, just to ensure I received proper and accurate help. I ended up getting way more and paying quite a bit less than that awful Z Pizza place. I should have come here first! From now on every time I'm in Jacksonville, I'm definitely making this my go to pizza place! Beyond amazing customer service, great food made with you just for you and great atmosphere! Definitely a go to place whether it's alone or with a family. We need more kind, nice, helpful people in customer service like these three!

First and foremost, I must say I prefer the other pizza place that’s similar to this one that rhymes with Haze. l However, MOD would be good in a pinch. I appreciate that they have a mini size for things. I also think their salad is better. My pizza heart just belongs elsewhere.

Me and my husband came here after our friend told us about how good the pizza was and were absolutely amazed at how amazing our pizzas were. The no names and the cinna slices were so good as well. Mods pizza has became our favorite pizza place and it only took us one visit to be sure of that.

If you love thin crust pizza, then I definitely recommend that you give Mod Pizza a try. Recently several "Make Your Own" pizza joints have opened up in town such as Pieology, Your Pie and more, so I thought I'd give Mod a try. I have to say I thought the pizza was great. They offer 3 sizes (6", 11" and 11" double crust) and each size has unlimited toppings for one set price. The crust is thin and crispy and they definitely don't skimp on toppings. The staff is also very friendly and the prices in my opinion are very reasonable, at the time of this review around $8.00 and change for the 11" and around $6.00 and change for the 6". If you happen to be in the area, definitely give it a try! The next time I go, I am definitely trying the cinnamon strips!

I decided to try them because unlike most pizzerias, they offer a vegan meat option and a wide array of veggie toppings. The pizza is delicious and the service provided by Nicole was fantastic! The price is right and the flavor is on point...can't wait to come back!!

Tasty experience! Appreciate the option to add any toppings to pizzas and salads without extra charges. Fountain beverages include iced tea sweetened/unsweetened, lemonade and blackberry lemonade among usual pop options. Also bottled beverages, alcohol. Dessert cakes individually wrapped. Free parking. Indoor/outdoor seating.
