I went here late in the evening on a Monday to eat with my family and it was definitely worth it. I loved the flavor combinations and toppings. The infamous snow boxes can be eaten together with a friend or alone if you have a big appetite. It tastes like ice cream but thinly flattened. Definitely worth my money and trip. The pink Snowgenix was on another trip and it tasted really fresh and sweet. I definitely recommend coming here! The Vietnamese coffee snow box doesn’t taste exactly like Cafe Súa da. The toffee on top is SUPER delicious and goes so well with it. Would definitely recommend it.

This place is great. Genuine shave ice with tons of flavors and condensed milk snowcaps. The Taiwanese shaved snow is very different with ice cream seemingly infused in the ice. They have games to play while you hang out. Not a ton of space but well worth the wait and possibly standing to enjoy the ice.

If you are looking for a unique frozen treat, stop by Snowgenix. They serve Taiwanese Shaved Ice which differs from traditional shaved ice because the ice is actually flavored before it is frozen and shaved. It's definitely a great twist and very refreshing. They have several flavors that come with toppings ranging from fruit, cereal and tapioca balls. I recommend the Paradise Snow Bowl. This has strawberry ice, fresh strawberries and fruity pebbles on top. Each snow bowl also comes with a syringe full of condensed milk or some other syrup/chocolate that you can drizzle over your treat. Snowgenix also sells regular ice cream and traditional Shaved Ice, but if I were you, I'd give the Snow Bowls a try at least once.

Yummy snow dessert with fun flavors and toppings. It is great to have a new Asian dessert place in Jax. They have some board games to play while you wait for your frozen creation. If you haven't had a snow dessert before it is finely shaved ice that is drenched in a flavored syrup, juice or condensed milk and then topped with the usual fruit, candy, etc. When snow is done well it just melts in your mouth with flavor. Snowgenix does well but is a bit denser than snow places that I have been to out of town. Still yummy!
